How much does catering cost in London?
Catering in London does not come with a single price, because no two events are the same. What you pay depends on a handful of clear factors: your format, your guest count, how many staff your event needs, the complexity of the menu, the season, and your location. The honest answer to how much catering costs is that it is built around your event, not pulled from a fixed list.
Rather than publish a per head figure that would mislead more than it helps, we quote every event individually. You tell us your date, numbers, format and dietary mix through the Get a Quote form, and we reply within 24 hours with menu options and a clear, itemised quote, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
A few things move the price. The food depends on the menu and the choices you make. Staffing depends on the service: a plated menu needs servers, a clean drop off needs almost none. The venue matters too, since a plated service with no kitchen on site means we set up a kitchen, at a cost. Extras like crockery, cutlery, glassware, napkins and linen are optional and add to the total. And the time of year and our availability shape the minimum booking value. We always talk you through the trade-offs.
