1. Who we are

1.1. This site is operated by SPQR PIZZA LTD, trading as Taverna Catering ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12740486, registered office 99 Tamworth Lane, Mitcham, England, CR4 1DG.

2. Using this site

2.1. You may use this site for your own personal or internal business purposes — browsing our menus, reading about our services, and making an enquiry.

2.2. You agree not to:

a) use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
c) introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful material;
d) scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site by automated means;
e) reproduce, republish or resell any part of the site without our written permission.

2.3. We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or to any user, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Our content and intellectual property

3.1. All content on this site belongs to us, or is used by us under licence. That includes our menus and dish descriptions, food and event photography, page copy, brand name, logo and design.

3.2. You may view and print pages for your own reference, and share links to the site.

3.3. You may not copy, adapt, republish or use our menus, dish descriptions, photography or copy for any commercial purpose, including on another catering or hospitality website, without our written permission.

3.4. Where we photograph events we have catered, we do so in accordance with our Booking Terms and Conditions.

4. Accuracy of information

4.1. We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but content is provided for general information only.

4.2. Menus, dishes and prices shown on the site are indicative. They vary by season, availability, guest numbers, service style and location.

4.3. Only a written quotation from us is binding. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed by using the site or submitting an enquiry.

4.4. Allergen and dietary information shown on the site is general guidance only. Allergen information specific to your event is provided with your menu and quotation. Please see our Booking Terms and Conditions, which set out how allergens are handled, and note that our kitchen handles all 14 regulated allergens.

5. Enquiries and forms

5.1. Submitting an enquiry form, or requesting a quotation, does not create a booking and does not reserve a date.

5.2. A booking is made only in accordance with our Booking Terms and Conditions, which we provide with your quotation.

5.3. Information you submit through the site is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability of the site

6.1. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of it without notice.

6.2. We are not responsible for any loss arising from the site being unavailable.

7. Links to other sites

7.1. Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for information only. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, or for anything you do on them.

8. Our liability

8.1. Some kinds of liability cannot be limited by a contract, and we do not attempt to. Nothing in these terms affects any liability which the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, including liability for injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8.2. Subject to clause 8.1, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on content on it.

8.3. If you are a business user, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, business interruption or business opportunity.
