How our pricing works

We do not publish a fixed price list, because no two events are the same. Every quote is built around your event, and we reply with clear, itemised pricing within 24 hours.

We work to a minimum charge rather than a set per head price, and that minimum moves with the time of year and our availability. Peak dates, December and the summer season in particular, book up early and carry a higher minimum than a quiet midweek date. The earlier you enquire, the more we can do within your budget.

Your format

Canapé reception, buffet, BBQ, street food or plated dining. Each has its own rhythm of service and staffing.

Guest numbers

From an intimate dinner to several hundred guests. Larger events change the service plan and the team we bring.

Service style

A delivered drop off is lighter than a fully staffed event with chefs, waiters and a bar on site.

The season and the date

Weekends and peak periods carry a higher minimum than a quiet weekday, and availability is limited.

Menu and dietary needs

Your cuisines, the number of dishes and any special requirements all shape the final menu.

When you are ready to book, a ten percent deposit secures your date, with the balance due 31 days before the event. Tell us your date, guest numbers and the kind of food you have in mind, and we will send a clear, itemised quote within 24 hours.
