East London is where the bare-brick warehouse party and the raw studio space live — blank-canvas venues that come with nothing but four walls and an idea. We bring the whole kit: chef-made global menus, a mobile bar, staff and equipment, so an empty railway arch turns into a proper event by the time guests arrive.
Dry-hire is the norm here, which means the practical stuff is on us — we bring in our own catering kitchen, generators or power splits where there's no supply, and plan load-in around arch gates and shared yards. We've built events in spaces that started with no gas, no water and no plan.
From a thirty-cover launch to a several-hundred-guest warehouse wedding, it's one family-run kitchen doing the cooking. We like a blank space precisely because it lets the food and the setup do the talking, at any size, without cutting corners.
